Delivery days and fees

• Geneva canton: order by 2 p.m. for same-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. CHF 9.90 to 19.90 depending on the area.
• Rest of Switzerland: order by 4 p.m. for next-day delivery, Tuesday to Saturday. CHF 14.90.
• Morning slot (7 a.m. to noon) outside Geneva: CHF 5 extra.
• Funeral arrangements: free delivery anywhere in Switzerland, ordered at least two days before the service.

Sending flowers to a hospital or clinic

We deliver to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and maternity wards across Switzerland. The bouquet is handed over at the reception desk.

• Include the patient’s name, the ward and, if you know it, the room number.
• Some wards, such as intensive care, don’t accept flowers. If in doubt, check with the hospital first.
