How can I thank my hosts in Chur after my stay?

Order online, enter their address and choose a date when they will be home, up to fifteen days ahead. Your thank-you note is printed on the card exactly as you type it.

How long does a bouquet take to reach Chur?

The day after you order, if you confirm before 4 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed on Friday after 4 p.m., on Saturday or on Sunday are delivered on Tuesday, since we don’t deliver on Sunday or Monday.

Is delivery to Chur charged separately?

Yes, a flat fee, the same as everywhere outside the canton of Geneva, with no surcharge for distance; you see the exact amount before paying. Funeral arrangements and subscription bouquets are delivered free.

What if nobody is home on delivery day?

The courier tries a solution on the spot, such as a neighbor or a sheltered place, and may contact you on the order's number. Preferably choose a day when they are in and add a precise instruction to the order.

Can I give a flower subscription to a parent living in Chur?

Yes, at the frequency you choose: monthly, every two weeks or weekly, over 3, 6 or 12 months. The first bouquet can arrive as a surprise, or you give the subscription with a gift card.

Nutrients

Water reservoir

Your bouquet sets off for Chur in a box of recycled, recyclable cardboard that holds it firmly upright throughout the journey. Its stems stand in a water reservoir.

Inside the box, your card accompanies the flowers, with a sachet of food to pour into the water. The recipient only needs to trim the stems slightly, set the bouquet in a clean vase and put the cardboard out with the paper recycling.

Choosing a thank-you bouquet for hosts

To thank your hosts in Chur, think about their home, how long you stayed and their language. The tips below cover each.

Roses or seasonal? Roses in one color look classic in any home. A seasonal bouquet combines different flowers; the photo shows its colors, so pick the one closest to your hosts’ taste.

Which size? A Classic is enough to thank someone for a dinner. After a week-long stay, send a Large or WOW.

What to write: Mention one moment from the stay: a dinner, a hike, a late conversation. It says more than a general thank-you, in whatever language your hosts read.

About the photo: Each photo shows the style and the colors of the design. We use the week’s seasonal flowers, so a flower may be swapped for a similar one.

Asking for advice: Can’t choose a design or size? Tell our team about the stay and your budget, and they’ll suggest bouquets in stock.

Chosen your bouquet? Write your thank-you, enter their address in Chur and pick a day when they are home. A box of Swiss chocolates can go along with it.

Delivery details

Before you pay, the summary lists the timing, the delivery price, tracking and your address notes.

Arriving the next day: Order before 4 p.m. and it reaches Chur the next day, Tuesday to Saturday. Same-day delivery is only for addresses in the canton of Geneva.

Booking a later date: Want the bouquet to arrive a few days after you leave? Book that day in the calendar, up to fifteen days ahead.

Delivery at CHF 14.90: Delivery to Chur costs CHF 14.90, the same as anywhere outside the canton of Geneva. You see it next to your flowers at checkout.

Tracking on the day: On delivery day, a link shows the driver's progress, so you know when the bouquet has arrived and can call right after.

Help the driver find the door: In a large building, give the name on the mailbox, the floor and the entry code if there is one.

Delivery to Chur costs CHF 14.90 and runs Tuesday to Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Order before 4 p.m. and it arrives the next day; orders after 4 p.m. on Friday wait until Tuesday, since we don't deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

How delivery works

Hospital flowers for someone close in Chur

A fracture after a fall, a planned procedure, a recovery: if you are too far away to drop by, we deliver flowers to the hospital. We hand the bouquet to the facility's reception with their name and ward; the care team takes it to them, and our courier does not enter the rooms. Each ward sets its own rules, so ask whether flowers are accepted before placing your order.
