Your card comes with it, along with a sachet of flower food. At home, trim the stems, add the flower food to a clean vase of water, and recycle the box with paper.

Where we deliver in Lugano
We deliver anywhere in Lugano, whether it’s a parent’s apartment or an office. Give the person’s name, street, postal code and town. In an apartment building, add the name on the doorbell.
For an office, add the company name and pick a day it is open.
Delivery days in Lugano, and what happens if nobody is home
The courier comes between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., and there are no deliveries on Sunday or Monday. For a family lunch on a Sunday, have the flowers arrive on Saturday.
If your parent is out when the courier rings, the bouquet may be left with a neighbor or in a safe place, and the courier can call the number you gave.
Flowers for someone being treated in Lugano
If a parent is staying in a hospital or clinic in Lugano, the hospital flowers are left at reception with the patient’s name and ward. The courier does not go to the rooms. Some wards don’t allow flowers, so check first. Leave your own phone number with the order: the courier can call you if reception has a question.

A monthly bouquet for your family
Do your parents live in Lugano? The flower subscription sends them a seasonal bouquet every month, twice a month or every week, over 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery included. Each shipment is CHF 59.90 in Classic and CHF 89.90 in Large. Subscriptions of three months or longer come with a vase; a six-month plan adds one extra bouquet, a twelve-month plan two extra. Give it with a gift card, or let the first delivery surprise them.
Bouquets hand-tied in our Swiss workshop
Our florists tie each bouquet by hand in our Swiss workshop, using the seasonal flowers that came in that week. The design you choose sets its style and colors.
Lugano has no Kanel shop: you order on our website, from Switzerland or abroad, and the bouquet leaves the workshop on the same day it was tied.
