Ordered from the UK to arrive in Switzerland. Flowers arrived on time and my mum absolutely loved them. Would definitely recommend!

Recycled box and water reservoir
Whether it goes to a home or an office, the bouquet travels upright in a recycled cardboard box, with water around the stems.
Your card comes with the flowers, along with a sachet of flower food. After unpacking, trim the stems and put the bouquet in a clean vase.
How to choose the bouquet
Start with who the flowers are for and what you want to spend. After that, it comes down to roses or a mix, the size and the card.
Found your bouquet? Add a message, choose an available date for Zurich and, if you wish, complete your gift with something from our accessories collection.

Next-day delivery, dates and tracking
Planning a gift for tomorrow or for a date in the next two weeks? Here’s what to know.
How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
At home or at the office anywhere in Zurich
We deliver across the whole of Zurich, to homes and workplaces alike. For an apartment, give us the name on the doorbell and the floor. For a surprise at work, add the company name and the person’s name: reception takes delivery of the bouquet.
The postal code is all the calendar needs: you see straight away which dates are available for that address.
When we deliver in Zurich
Zurich deliveries run from Tuesday to Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. An order in by 4 p.m. arrives the day after. If you order after 4 p.m. on Friday, the next date is Tuesday.
On the day, a tracking link arrives by text and email so you can follow the delivery in real time.
Hospital flowers handed in at reception
A colleague after surgery, a friend who has just had a baby, a parent on the mend: we deliver the bouquet to the front desk of the hospital or clinic, never to the room. Give us the patient’s name and ward.
Before you order, ask the ward whether it accepts flowers: some don’t. Sign your message clearly, since the card is how the patient will know who thought of them.
Funeral flowers for Zurich at no delivery cost
Wreath, spray or heart: our funeral arrangements are delivered in Zurich at no charge, to the family or to the ceremony venue. Allow at least two days, as each piece is made by hand.
A ribbon printed with your text is available for CHF 35. Tell us the name of the deceased, the exact address and the time of the ceremony; a short message on the card is enough.
Birthday flowers on the day
Book the birthday up to fifteen days ahead. For a Sunday or Monday birthday, pick the Saturday before, since we don’t deliver on those days.
Write the card in your own words; we print it exactly as typed. It’s free from CHF 55 and CHF 2.90 below.
Flowers for an anniversary, a new job or a new baby
Roses for a wedding anniversary, a seasonal bouquet for a new job, soft colors for a new baby. Every design comes in three sizes, and the card carries your words.
A flower subscription for someone who has moved to Zurich
Someone has just moved to Zurich for a job and you won’t visit often? A flower subscription brings them a seasonal bouquet on repeat: monthly, twice a month or weekly, over 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery always included. Classic or Large, CHF 59.90 or CHF 89.90 per bouquet. Subscribe for 3 months and the vase is free. Six months bring one extra bouquet, twelve bring two. Give it with a gift card, or start straight away with a surprise bouquet.
Hand-tied in Switzerland and protected on the way
Your Zurich bouquet is tied by hand in our Swiss workshop. The size and colors you choose guide our florists; the varieties follow what arrives that week.
There is no Kanel shop in Zurich: everything is ordered on the website. Swiss chocolates, champagne, a candle, a vase or a plush can be added, but only alongside a bouquet.
From abroad
Ordering from abroad? The bouquet is arranged in Switzerland and delivered in Zurich, with no customs.
