#01 Where do you deliver your seasonal bouquets?

Our seasonal flower bouquets are available for delivery in Switzerland (only)

#02 In which Swiss municipalities do you deliver? 

We deliver the most beautiful seasonal flowers to all Swiss communities! 

#03 How much does delivery cost?

We have decided to cover the majority of your delivery costs in order to offer you a fixed price of CHF 9.90 per bouquet order. 

#04 What is the delivery time?

We offer express delivery within the day in the city of Geneva (from Monday to Saturday) for all orders placed before 1pm and the next day anywhere in Switzerland (outside the city of Geneva) for all orders placed before 1pm (from Tuesday to Saturday).

#05 For a next day delivery outside Geneva, until what time can I order?

All orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next day (except Sundays and Mondays). 

#06 How late can I order for same day delivery? 

Same day deliveries are currently only available to people living in the city of Geneva. You can order until 1pm for a same day delivery (except on Sundays). For a delivery in another Swiss city, don't panic, you can receive your order the next day (except Sunday and Monday) by ordering at 1pm at the latest.

#07 How are the flowers protected during transport?

In order to ensure that your bouquets travel from our workshop to your home in perfect condition, we have designed packaging that is tailored to the means of transport used by our delivery service providers. In these, our bouquets remain hydrated thanks to a water-soaked foam that surrounds the flower stems.

#08 What happens in case of non-conforming delivery? 

  1. My package is damaged: Check the condition of the flowers immediately. If they are damaged, we invite you to take your order number and contact our customer service immediately by email. You must take a photo of the package (delivery label visible) and its contents upon receipt so that we can judge the damage and its origin. If the damage is proven and the complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer you compensation for the damage caused.
  2. The bouquet does not correspond to what I ordered: Please provide your order number, a photo of the contents of the package that was delivered to you and contact our customer service by email. If the error is proven, we will offer you compensation as soon as possible.

Is it possible to add a message to my order?

Yes, on the product page there is provision for a personalised message to be added.

#02 How are your bouquets made?

A team of enthusiasts! Our florists think about each collection and then compose your beautiful bouquets!

#03 What is the average size of a bouquet?

We offer two different sizes: 

  • The luminous one: Bouquet of 35 to 40 cm in diameter and 50 cm in height 
  • Sparkling : Bouquet of 45 to 50 cm in diameter and 50 cm in height

#04 Do you only work with seasonal flowers? 

Exactly, we only work with beautiful seasonal flowers directly from European growers. Our collections change every 6-8 weeks! 

#05 Are you 100% Swiss? 

We are a 100% Swiss company! In our workshop located in Meyrin, from creation to delivery, we only work with Swiss companies. 

#06 Why is the choice so limited? 

This is our first collection, we work with seasonal flowers and want to provide the same level of quality in each bouquet, so we have opted for a limited selection to start with. In the future we will offer a few more bouquets, but never more than 10, in order to keep the quality high while offering seasonal European flowers.

#01 What is the deadline for placing my order?

For next day delivery anywhere in Switzerland, you have until 1pm to place your order. For same day delivery in Geneva, you have until 1pm to place your order. You can always order in advance, the delivery schedule is open for 15 days. 

#02 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order up to 10 am the day before the requested delivery day. Once this time has passed, it is no longer possible as your bouquet is already on its way. 

#03 I haven't received my order?

Please contact us directly by email at hello@kanel.chwith your contact details and your order number. Although rare, mistakes do happen and we are always here to find a solution!

#04 I have received a damaged parcel, what should I do? 

Check the condition of the flowers immediately. If they are damaged, please take your order number and contact our customer service department immediately by email (hello@kanel.ch). It is imperative that you take a photo of the package (delivery label visible) and its contents upon receipt so that we can judge the damage and its origin. If the damage is proven and the complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer you compensation for the damage caused.
