Send flowers to Switzerland from the UK

Order from the UK and we deliver a hand-tied bouquet to a Swiss address on the day you book, with your message printed on the card. The flowers are arranged in our Swiss workshop, so nothing goes through customs.

Timeless bouquets from CHF 64.90 and seasonal ones from CHF 74.90, each in Classic, Large or WOW; roses from CHF 89.90, in Large to Extra WOW. The seasonal flowers change with what comes in each week, so they leave the workshop fresh.

Swiss time is one hour ahead of the UK
Outside the canton of Geneva, a bouquet ordered before 4 pm Swiss time can be delivered the next day, Tuesday to Saturday. In London, Cardiff or Edinburgh, that cut-off is 3 pm. Both countries change their clocks on the same dates, so the one-hour gap holds all year.
Delivery costs CHF 14.90, with the bouquet arriving between 7 am and 6 pm, or between 7 am and noon for CHF 5 more. In the canton of Geneva, orders placed before 2 pm Swiss time, 1 pm in the UK, can arrive the same day, Monday to Saturday.
How ordering from abroad works, step by step
Mothering Sunday or Swiss Mother’s Day?
Mothering Sunday falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent, in March or April. Switzerland celebrates Mother’s Day on the second Sunday of May, so if your Mum lives there, check which date she keeps before you book.
We do not deliver on Sundays, so book the Saturday before either date; the calendar lets you reserve it up to 15 days in advance. The same goes for a birthday that falls on a Sunday.

Francs at checkout, your words on the card
Your order is charged in Swiss francs and your bank converts it from pounds. You can give a +44 mobile number at checkout, and on the delivery day a tracking link lets you follow the bouquet.
The card is free from CHF 55 (CHF 2.90 below that), and your text is printed exactly as you type it. Swiss chocolates, a candle or a bottle of champagne can go in the same delivery, as long as they come with a bouquet.

How the bouquet arrives, and what happens if they’re out
Each bouquet is hand-tied on the day it leaves our workshop and travels upright in a recycled cardboard box, with a water reserve around the stems and a sachet of flower food for the vase. If nobody answers the door, the courier can ring the phone number given with the address; under our terms, the bouquet may then be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or at a reception.
For a hospital or care home, it is handed to reception with the patient’s name and ward, and couriers do not take it up to the room. Some wards refuse flowers, so check with the ward before you order.
