Can I order flowers for St. Gallen from the US or the UK?

Yes. The order is placed online from abroad, while the bouquet itself is tied in Switzerland and taken to the St. Gallen address.

Do you deliver across the border, in Austria or Germany?

No. We deliver to Swiss addresses only. If your recipient lives across the border but works in St. Gallen, their workplace can be a good option, as long as they can receive flowers there.

Which days do you deliver in St. Gallen?

Tuesday to Saturday, on the dates offered for that address. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries, so choose the Saturday before.

Is same-day delivery available in St. Gallen?

No. For St. Gallen, the order must be in before 4 pm Swiss time on the day before an available date. Same-day remains limited to a few Geneva addresses.

How much does delivery to St. Gallen cost?

CHF 14.90 anywhere in St. Gallen, on top of the bouquet and options. The full amount appears before checkout.

Could customs fees apply in St. Gallen?

No, even if you order from neighboring Austria or Germany: the flowers are prepared and delivered inside Switzerland. Your bank simply converts the payment into Swiss francs.

Will the bouquet still be fresh after the trip to St. Gallen?

It is tied by hand on the day it leaves our workshop in the canton of Geneva, then travels upright in a recycled cardboard box with a water reserve around the stems. A sachet of flower food comes with it for the vase.

A Swiss address, a few miles from Austria and Germany

St. Gallen is close to two borders, but only one thing matters for this order: the delivery address has to be in Switzerland. Enter the street, house number, four-digit Swiss postal code and the name on the doorbell. For the university or a company, add the institute or company name and the department, so reception knows who the flowers are for.

The calendar shows the dates available for that address. If your recipient has only just moved to St. Gallen, ask them for their exact address rather than guessing from a map: a bouquet with no matching name at the door loses time.

When to order for St. Gallen: by 4 pm the day before

Bouquets are delivered in St. Gallen Tuesday to Saturday for a standard CHF 14.90. Place the order by 4 pm Swiss time on the previous day; from the US East Coast that usually means 10 am, from the UK 3 pm. Same-day delivery is not offered in St. Gallen.

A birthday on Sunday or Monday? Pick the preceding Saturday, if it is open in the calendar. The calendar opens 15 days ahead, so you can plan around exams or a first day at work.

A card in your own words

St. Gallen is German-speaking, but your card can stay in English. Congratulations on an exam, thanks after a weekend by the lake or a plain “thinking of you from Sydney” says more than a formal greeting. Add your name so they know straight away who the flowers are from.

You pay in CHF; from a dollar or pound account, the conversion and any fee depend on your bank. No customs, the bouquet never leaves Switzerland, and the total appears before payment.

Beautiful arrangement and they were great at communicating when the flowers were delivered. This prevented a lot of stress since I ordered from the US and due to schedules and time differences was restless about the delivery. Thank you Kanel.

You kept the sender's name secret until the very end to preserve the surprise — and it worked perfectly. I'm sincerely grateful to you!
