Water reservoir

Before it ships, the bouquet goes into a recycled cardboard box that holds it steady, with a water reservoir around the stems for the trip to Bern.

Your message and a packet of flower food are tucked in with the flowers. They unwrap the bouquet, trim the stems and put it in a vase.

Choosing a bouquet by color, style and size

Think about the person you are buying for, and whether the bouquet will stand in their home or on a desk at work.

Pastels or strong colors? If you know they prefer pastels or strong colors, look for that palette in the photos. Their taste matters more than the occasion.

Single roses or a mix? Roses in a single color look classic. A seasonal mix has several flowers and more color. Pick the one they'd buy for themselves.

Choose your gift size: A small gesture and a larger present may call for different sizes. Check the formats and prices on the product page to find an option within your budget.

Adding a note or a gift: Add your congratulations, suggest a catch-up or write a warm note. You can also choose an extra gift to send with the flowers.

Help comparing two bouquets: Torn between two bouquets? Our team can help you compare them based on the occasion and what you would like to spend.

Choose the flowers, personalize your card and book the delivery date in Bern. We will tie your bouquet by hand.

How delivery works

Having flowers delivered to a hospital in Bern

A bouquet for someone in a Bern hospital or clinic goes to the front desk, with the patient’s name and ward. Couriers do not go onto the wards.

Each ward decides whether it accepts flowers, so call ahead. If space is tight, a Classic takes up less room on a bedside table than a Large or WOW.

Caring for the bouquet once it arrives

The bouquet is tied by hand in our workshop on the day it ships, with that week’s flowers. A few simple habits keep it looking good for longer.

Keep it out of direct sun and away from radiators, top up the water and change it regularly.
