Over 40,000 bouquets delivered across Switzerland!
Quick efficient delivery was made when I ordered for delivery in Geneva from my current location in Nairobi Kenya. The quality of the bouquet was amazing...Thanks guys!

Received it in February 2026. Beautiful and so big too. They did a nice job and the flowers really smelled so good! My friend did not instruct them much besides paying and leaving text for the card online (on distance). So my friend was glad it turned out this well. I recommend it for last minute orders.

Bouquet was bigger than I expected, the service was great and the packaging was flawless. I live in Saudi Arabia and my wife is studying in Switzerland, and thanks to Kanel I was able to get flowers to my wife on her birthday. Thank you so much Kanel.

Excellent service, impressive response and options. Loved to be able to add a bottle of champagne to the flowers, thanks.

Packed upright with water at the stems
Your bouquet leaves the workshop upright in a recycled cardboard box, with the stems in a water reservoir all the way to Kloten.
Your card and a packet of flower food are tucked in with the flowers. On arrival, trim the stems and put the bouquet in a clean vase.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Delivery to homes, businesses and hotels in Kloten
We deliver all over Kloten, to homes, businesses and hotels. For a home, give the street, the postal code and the name on the doorbell; for a business, the company and who to ask for at reception.
For a hotel guest, use their name exactly as it appears on the booking and check their dates with them.
Delivery times in Kloten and early flights
In Kloten, the bouquet can arrive any time between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
If the person is flying early, book the flowers for the day before they leave. Flying out on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday? Choose the Saturday before, as there are no deliveries on Sunday or Monday.
Hospital flowers for a patient in Kloten
For surgery, a recovery or a new baby, we leave hospital flowers at the reception desk with the person's name and ward; the driver doesn't go to the rooms. Each ward has its own rules about flowers, so check before you order. Write the ward exactly as the hospital names it, so reception can match the bouquet to the patient.
Funeral flowers for the family or the service
Our funeral arrangements are delivered free of charge in Kloten, to the family’s home or the place of the service. Wreaths, sprays and hearts are assembled by hand and take at least two days. In your order, give the address of the venue and the time of the service. A ribbon bearing your words can accompany the arrangement for CHF 35.
Birthday flowers in Kloten
A birthday coming up in Kloten? You can book the day up to fifteen days ahead; for a Sunday or Monday birthday, choose Saturday.
Write a few words and we print them on the card as they are. There is no charge for the card on orders of CHF 55 or more; below that it costs CHF 2.90.
Welcome, farewell and thank-you bouquets
Welcoming a colleague who is moving to Kloten, marking a retirement, thanking a team after a big project: choose a seasonal bouquet or roses and write your message on the card.
Flower subscription for a home or a business in Kloten
For an apartment in Kloten or a small business front desk, the flower subscription brings a seasonal bouquet every month, twice a month or every week for 3, 6 or 12 months. Delivery is included. Each Classic bouquet costs CHF 59.90, each Large CHF 89.90. A vase comes with any plan of three months or longer. A six-month plan adds a bouquet; a twelve-month plan adds two. You can give it with a gift card.
Bouquet hand-tied in the workshop on the day it ships
Your bouquet is hand-tied in our Swiss workshop on the day it leaves, with the flowers that came in that week, following the style and colors of the design you picked.
Kloten has no Kanel shop: everything is ordered on our website. An order of CHF 90 or more comes with a free tote bag, and from CHF 150 a vase is added at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Enter the hotel’s address, the guest’s name as it appears on the booking and, if possible, their phone number. Check their dates of stay: the bouquet is handed to reception on the day you chose.
