I didn't know it was possible to send such wonderful gifts to friends! I'm truly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much to your team for the care and great work! You kept the sender's name secret until the very end to preserve the surprise — and it worked perfectly. I'm sincerely grateful to you!

I received the most beautiful bouquet as a surprise. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who delivered was so kind and efficient. The same day delivery option arrived perfectly on time. I would definitely recommend!

An upright box with the card and flower food inside
For Winterthur, the bouquet stands upright in a box of recycled cardboard, which is recyclable too. A water reservoir keeps its stems hydrated throughout the trip.
Your card and a sachet of flower food travel with the flowers. To put them in water, trim the stems, choose a clean vase, stir in the flower food and keep the bouquet away from radiators; the box then goes into cardboard recycling.
Flowers for an office or a home
For a desk, a Classic is enough. For a reception or a living room, go bigger. The tips below help with size, colors and the card.
Made your choice? Write the card and pick the delivery day in Winterthur. For a colleague, you can add Swiss chocolates to the bouquet.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Homes and companies in Winterthur
We deliver throughout the city of Winterthur, to private homes and businesses alike. For a gift at work, note the company name and the person’s name: the bouquet is left at the company’s reception. For a home, add the name on the doorbell.
Enter the full address with the postal code; the calendar then only shows dates when delivery to that spot is possible.
Delivery in Winterthur including Saturdays
We deliver in Winterthur Tuesday to Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., for CHF 14.90. For a Saturday gift, select that day in the calendar and confirm before 4 p.m. on Friday; if Saturday is full, the calendar suggests the next available date.
On other days, an order placed before 4 p.m. is delivered the following day. No bouquets go out on Sunday or Monday. If nobody answers at a private address, the courier can try the phone number you entered, or leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe spot.
Flowers delivered to the hospital in Winterthur
A bouquet for someone in the hospital in Winterthur is left at reception with the patient’s name and ward. The courier has no access to the floors. Ask the ward first whether it accepts hospital flowers: in intensive care, it rarely does. The tracking link sent that day shows when the bouquet is on its way, so you can tell the patient to expect it.
Funeral flowers in Winterthur with delivery included
A funeral arrangement is delivered in Winterthur at no charge, to the family or to the place of the service. Wreaths, sprays and hearts need at least two days of preparation by hand. We need the precise location and time of the service. A ribbon bearing your words is an extra CHF 35.
A birthday bouquet delivered on the chosen day
Choose the birthday date in the calendar up to fifteen days in advance, and the bouquet is delivered that day. If it falls on a Sunday or Monday, have it delivered the Saturday before.
Write the card in your own words, in German if the person prefers. It comes free on orders of CHF 55 or more, and for CHF 2.90 below that.
Birthday and get-well flowers
A bouquet in their favorite colors works for a birthday or for someone recovering at home. Choose Classic, Large or WOW, then write the rest on the card. For someone in a care home, check first that flowers are allowed.
A flower subscription for home or office
For a living room you want in flowers all year, or a company reception in Winterthur, the flower subscription brings a seasonal bouquet every month, twice a month or every week, for 3, 6 or 12 months. Delivery is included. A Classic costs CHF 59.90 a bouquet, a Large CHF 89.90. You get a vase with three months or more, a bonus bouquet with six, and two bonus bouquets with twelve. To give it, send a gift card, or keep it a surprise until the first bouquet.
Tied by hand from your design
Our florists tie each bouquet by hand. The design you choose sets the size and colors; the flowers depend on that week’s arrivals.
Winterthur has no Kanel shop, so every order goes through the website, from home, the office or abroad, and is paid in Swiss francs.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Tell us both the firm and the recipient; the bouquet goes to reception. Pick a day when the desk is staffed, and add a phone number the courier can call if it is not.
