The flowers look amazing! Quick delivery and smooth purchase experience. I accidentally filled in the wrong address, but the Kanel team were kind enough to update it for me.

A truly fantastic service, which exceeded all my expectations in terms of the professionalism of the service (delivery coordination, communication via chat, etc.) and in terms of the quality of the flowers. The bouquets were all perfect. I can highly recommend to anyone who wants beautiful flowers, delivered flawlessly.

A box that holds the bouquet during delivery
Your bouquet ships in a recycled, recyclable cardboard box that keeps it upright all the way to Volketswil. A water reservoir around the stems keeps the flowers hydrated until someone opens the box.
Inside, your card sits with the flowers, along with a packet of flower food for the vase water. Just lift out the bouquet, cut the stems at an angle and place it in a clean vase; the box can be recycled.
Picking flowers for Volketswil
Decide between roses and a seasonal bouquet, choose the size for the room, then write the card.
Bouquet chosen? Add your message, select the delivery day and, to round things off, a scented candle or Swiss chocolates.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Addresses in Volketswil
We deliver both to homes and to businesses in Volketswil. The town has several villages, so give the village, its postal code, the street and the name on the doorbell or mailbox.
For a house with a garden, say whether to ring at the gate or the front door. For a company, add the company name, the person and a phone number.
When the recipient is out in the garden
Grandparents who spend the afternoon in the garden may not hear the doorbell. Add their phone number so the courier can call, and say in the delivery notes whether to try the garden gate.
Planning ahead? Choose the date in the calendar and the order is set, whichever village it is going to.
Flowers for a hospital stay or rehab
A hospital stay, rehab or care after a fall: a bouquet reminds the person that they matter, even when you cannot come. It is left at the facility’s front desk with their name and ward; the courier does not go upstairs. Before ordering, make sure the ward accepts flowers, since that is not always the case. Our get-well flowers were designed for these moments.
Condolence and funeral flowers
When a Volketswil family is in mourning, our funeral arrangements are delivered free of charge to the home or the service. Wreaths, sprays and hearts are handcrafted, so plan on at least two days. Give the exact address, the time of the service and the name of the person who passed away. A personalized ribbon at CHF 35 can go with the arrangement.
A birthday bouquet booked ahead
For a 40th, 60th or 80th birthday, book the day up to fifteen days ahead. If it’s a Sunday or Monday, have the flowers come on the Saturday before.
Your message goes on the card unchanged, so sign it the way they know you.
Flowers for grandparents, a neighbor or a friend
Grandparents who love their garden, a neighbor who mows the lawn while you are on vacation, a friend reaching a milestone: send a bouquet to their door. Choose colors they like, a size from Classic, Large and WOW, and a card that sounds like you.
A flower subscription for a regular bouquet
For parents who like a bouquet in the living room, the flower subscription delivers seasonal flowers every month, every two weeks or every week. Choose 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery included, and there is nothing left to organize. Each delivery is CHF 59.90 in Classic, CHF 89.90 in Large. From 3 months a vase is provided; the 6-month commitment adds one bouquet and the 12-month commitment two. Hand it over with a gift card, or let a first unexpected delivery break the news.
Bouquets arranged by hand on the day they ship
Each bouquet is assembled by hand in our workshop on the day it ships, with the seasonal flowers that came in that week. You pick a design, which sets the size, style and colors; the precise varieties follow the season.
Kanel has no shop in Volketswil or its villages; every order is placed online. A vase, champagne or a plush toy can be added, as long as a bouquet is in the order.
Frequently asked questions
Give the exact village within the municipality with its postal code, the street and the name on the buzzer or mailbox. Add the recipient’s phone number so the courier can call if in doubt.
