Our florists make each bouquet by hand, following the colours, shape and size of the design you choose. Individual flowers may vary slightly with the season and what is available. That is part of what makes each bouquet unique.

The card carries the words you give us. Add your name if you would like the recipient to know who sent this thoughtful gift. If you have a particular request for discretion, contact us before ordering.

Your flowers travel with care: our florists wrap each bouquet to protect it on its journey. On arrival, simply unwrap it, trim the stems and find it a lovely vase filled with fresh water.

Yes, our florists carefully select the flowers for every bouquet. To enjoy them for longer, trim the stems when they arrive, change the vase water regularly and keep the flowers away from sources of heat.

Our florists arrange your bouquet on the day it is dispatched. For national delivery, it then travels to the address you have chosen for the date shown when you order.

Yes! Treat yourself or someone you love to flowers once or twice a month, or every week, for 3, 6 or 12 months. Choose the bouquet size and the first available date; our florists create new arrangements as the seasons change. Deliveries take place on Thursdays and are included in the subscription.

A bouquet to welcome a baby, roses for a birthday together or an arrangement to honour someone’s memory: choose with that person in mind. Our funeral collection includes wreaths, sprays, hearts, cushions and arrangements. Please allow at least two days before the ceremony for these designs.

For national bouquet delivery Tuesday to Saturday, order before 4 pm the day before. For Saturday delivery, order before 4 pm on Friday; after that, the next national delivery is Tuesday at the earliest. The calendar takes availability and public holidays into account. Funeral arrangements require at least two days’ notice.

Bouquet deliveries usually take place Tuesday to Saturday across Switzerland, and Monday to Saturday in the local Geneva area. For a Sunday or public holiday, check the order calendar: only dates open for delivery can be selected.

The delivery hours offered depend on the address and are shown when you order. National bouquet deliveries start from 9 am, without a choice of an exact time. For a funeral, enter the ceremony date and time during the funeral ordering process to help us prepare the delivery.
