Our florists make each bouquet by hand, following the colours, shape and size of the design you choose. Individual flowers may vary slightly with the season and what is available. That is part of what makes each bouquet unique.

The card carries the words you give us. Add your name if you would like the recipient to know who sent this thoughtful gift. If you have a particular request for discretion, contact us before ordering.

Your flowers travel with care: our florists wrap each bouquet to protect it on its journey. On arrival, simply unwrap it, trim the stems and find it a lovely vase filled with fresh water.

Yes, our florists carefully select the flowers for every bouquet. To enjoy them for longer, trim the stems when they arrive, change the vase water regularly and keep the flowers away from sources of heat.

Our florists arrange your bouquet on the day it is dispatched. For national delivery, it then travels to the address you have chosen for the date shown when you order.

Yes! Treat yourself or someone you love to flowers once or twice a month, or every week, for 3, 6 or 12 months. Choose the bouquet size and the first available date; our florists create new arrangements as the seasons change. Deliveries take place on Thursdays and are included in the subscription.

A bouquet to welcome a baby, roses for a birthday together or an arrangement to honour someone’s memory: choose with that person in mind. Our funeral collection includes wreaths, sprays, hearts, cushions and arrangements. Please allow at least two days before the ceremony for these designs.

Choose your bouquet, add a message and enter the recipient’s address. The calendar will show the delivery dates available for that address. Check the delivery details before paying for your order.

Same-day delivery is available in the local Geneva area, Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 2 pm, subject to calendar availability. Elsewhere in Switzerland, bouquets are delivered Tuesday to Saturday, from the next day when ordered before 4 pm on the day before a delivery day.

For national bouquet delivery Tuesday to Saturday, order before 4 pm the day before. For Saturday delivery, order before 4 pm on Friday; after that, the next national delivery is Tuesday at the earliest. The calendar takes availability and public holidays into account. Funeral arrangements require at least two days’ notice.

Bouquet deliveries usually take place Tuesday to Saturday across Switzerland, and Monday to Saturday in the local Geneva area. For a Sunday or public holiday, check the order calendar: only dates open for delivery can be selected.

The delivery hours offered depend on the address and are shown when you order. Outside the canton of Geneva, bouquets arrive between 7 am and 6 pm, or between 7 am and noon for CHF 5 more. For a funeral, enter the ceremony date and time during the funeral ordering process to help us prepare the delivery.

Choose an address where someone can receive the bouquet, and provide a reachable phone number and any useful access details. If there is a problem on the delivery day, check the tracking information and contact us with your order number.

Yes, you can choose an available date up to 15 days ahead for a bouquet, giving you time to plan a birthday gift or a surprise. Funeral arrangements can be scheduled up to 60 days ahead, with at least two days’ notice.

Yes, but first check that the establishment accepts flowers. Include its name, the recipient’s name and any details that will help reception. For hospitals, also check the ward’s rules: delivery follows the hospital’s instructions, and delivery directly to a room cannot be guaranteed.

National bouquet delivery costs CHF 14.90. In the local Geneva area, delivery costs CHF 9.90, 14.90 or 19.90 depending on the postal code. Funeral flower delivery is free in Switzerland, and subscription delivery is included. The applicable amount is shown before payment.

Yes! You can make someone’s day in Switzerland even when you are far away. Choose your flowers on kanel.ch, enter their Swiss delivery address and add your message. Order deadlines follow Swiss local time.

Of course. A few loving words, a shared memory or a simple ‘thinking of you’: write your message when you order. We print it on your chosen card and tuck it in with the flowers. Check the names and remember to sign before confirming.

Online, with delivery anywhere in Switzerland: order by 4 pm and your bouquet arrives the next day, Tuesday to Saturday, the same day in Geneva when you order by 2 pm. In person, from our self-service kiosk at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, Chemin de Beau-Soleil 20, Geneva.
