Can I order flowers for Switzerland from the US or the UK?

Yes. Place your order online and enter a Swiss delivery address. KANEL prepares the bouquet in Switzerland, so you do not have to ship flowers from your own country.

Is my bouquet shipped internationally?

No, and there are no customs fees: nothing crosses a border. Your bouquet is arranged in our studio in Geneva and delivered within Switzerland. The recipient pays nothing on delivery; delivery and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout.

Can I arrange delivery for tomorrow?

Check the calendar for the recipient’s address. Outside the Geneva area, bouquets are delivered Tuesday to Saturday, with a 4 pm Swiss-time cut-off on the day before an available date. Next-day delivery is not available every day.

How far ahead can I book a birthday bouquet?

Up to 15 days ahead. Pick their birthday in the calendar if it is available for their address; if it falls on a Sunday, choose the Saturday before.

Will I pay in pounds or dollars?

Checkout is in Swiss francs. If your card account uses a different currency, your bank converts the payment and may apply its own fees. The checkout total is shown in CHF.

Can flowers be sent to a workplace?

Yes, provided the address can receive the delivery. Include the recipient’s name, company, department if relevant, and full address. Check the reception’s opening hours for the chosen day.

How much does bouquet delivery cost?

Standard delivery outside the local Geneva area costs CHF 14.90. Local delivery costs CHF 9.90–19.90, depending on the address. Any extra charge for your chosen time slot appears in the order summary before payment.

Can I send flowers for a funeral in Switzerland?

Yes. Choose from our funeral arrangements and allow at least two days for preparation. Include the ceremony’s exact location and time, then select an available date on the product page. Delivery of funeral arrangements is included across Switzerland.

How much are the bouquets?

Our timeless bouquets start at CHF 64.90, seasonal bouquets at CHF 74.90 and roses at CHF 89.90. Each design comes in several sizes, from Classic to WOW, and the delivery fee is added at checkout.

How is the bouquet packed for delivery?

Upright in a recycled cardboard box, with a water reserve around the stems and a sachet of flower food. Our florists tie it by hand on the day it goes out.

Can I follow the delivery?

Yes. On the delivery day, a link sent by SMS and e-mail shows the bouquet’s progress in real time.

What happens if nobody is home?

The courier can call the phone number entered with the address. If the bouquet still cannot be handed over, our terms allow it to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or at a reception.

You do not need to ship a bouquet from the UK, the US or anywhere else. Your order goes to the KANEL team in Switzerland. We arrange the flowers by hand in our Geneva studio and prepare them for delivery within the country.

Each product page shows the bouquet in its three sizes, with a description. Seasonal flowers follow the week’s arrivals, so the photograph shows the style and colors of the bouquet rather than a promise of exactly the same stems every week.

The card is printed exactly as you write it, in any language. Mention a shared memory, congratulate them on the occasion or tell them when you hope to see them again, and sign your name so they know who sent the flowers.
