Can I order flowers for Switzerland from the US or the UK?

Yes. Place your order online and enter a Swiss delivery address. KANEL prepares the bouquet in Switzerland, so you do not have to ship flowers from your own country.

Is my bouquet shipped internationally?

No. The bouquet for your KANEL order is prepared in our Swiss studio and delivered within Switzerland. The order comes from abroad; the flower delivery stays within the country.

Can I arrange delivery for tomorrow?

Check the calendar for the recipient’s address. Outside the Geneva area, bouquets are delivered Tuesday to Saturday, with a 4 pm Swiss-time cut-off on the day before an available date. Next-day delivery is not available every day.

How far ahead can I book a birthday bouquet?

You can choose an available bouquet delivery date up to 15 days ahead. Book the date in the calendar rather than adding a different date to your card message.

Will I pay in pounds or dollars?

Checkout is in Swiss francs. If your card account uses a different currency, your bank converts the payment and may apply its own fees. The checkout total is shown in CHF.

Can flowers be sent to a workplace?

Yes, provided the address can receive the delivery. Include the recipient’s name, company, department if relevant, and full address. Check the reception’s opening hours for the chosen day.

How much does bouquet delivery cost?

Standard delivery outside the local Geneva area costs CHF 14.90. Local delivery costs CHF 9.90–19.90, depending on the address. Any extra charge for your chosen time slot appears in the order summary before payment.

Can I send flowers for a funeral in Switzerland?

Yes. Choose from our funeral arrangements and allow at least two days for preparation. Include the ceremony’s exact location and time, then select an available date on the product page. Delivery of funeral arrangements is included across Switzerland.

That means your bouquet is not an international parcel traveling to Switzerland. Choose from our collection and check the size and description on the product page. Seasonal flowers change with availability: the photograph shows the style of the bouquet, rather than a promise of exactly the same stems every week.
