The Swiss cut-off, from Halifax to Vancouver
Outside the canton of Geneva, we deliver Tuesday to Saturday, and an order placed before 4 p.m. Swiss time can arrive the next day. For most of the year that is 11 a.m. in Halifax, 10 a.m. in Toronto, Montréal and Ottawa, 8 a.m. in Calgary and 7 a.m. in Vancouver.
Canada and Switzerland change their clocks on different Sundays. For a few weeks in March, and from the end of October to early November, the gap is one hour shorter. If you are ordering late in your evening, it is already the next morning in Switzerland: count one more day, or book the date ahead.
How ordering from abroad works, step by step
Mother’s Day matches, Father’s Day does not
Mother’s Day falls on the second Sunday in May in both countries. Father’s Day does not: Canada marks it on the third Sunday in June, while in Switzerland it is generally the first Sunday in June. Ask which date your family keeps before you book.
We don’t deliver on Sundays, so for either date choose the Saturday before. The calendar takes bookings up to 15 days ahead.

Paying in francs with a Canadian card
Your order is charged in Swiss francs. Your bank converts the amount to Canadian dollars at its own rate, and many Canadian cards add a foreign transaction fee, so check yours before you pay. The total in CHF, delivery included, is shown before you confirm.
You can enter a Canadian number (+1) at checkout. Write the card in English or in French, whichever you share with the recipient: it is printed exactly as you type it, and it is free on orders from CHF 55 (CHF 2.90 below that).
