It's my son's birthday, and I ordered a flower bouquet from outside of Switzerland. I am very happy with the quality and the timely delivery of the flowers. Very sturdy packaging, and the flowers looked happy and bright. My beautiful daughter-in-law was super happy to see them. Thanks.

Wonderful experience! I'm in the US and ordered flowers online for my cousin in Lausanne. Everything went smoothly — fast online payment, beautiful flowers delivered right on time, and they added the exact note I wrote for her. Thank you for making it so special!

I didn't know it was possible to send such wonderful gifts to friends! I'm truly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much to your team for the care and great work! You kept the sender's name secret until the very end to preserve the surprise — and it worked perfectly. I'm sincerely grateful to you!

The delivery box and what it contains
The bouquet travels to St. Gallen in a recycled, recyclable cardboard box that keeps it vertical. Throughout the trip, its stems soak in a water reservoir.
On opening, you find your card and a sachet of flower food. No special equipment needed: a tall glass or a carafe will do if the studio has no vase. Simply trim the stems, pour the sachet into the water and recycle the box.
Which bouquet to congratulate a student or new parents?
Pointers for choosing by occasion: a degree, a first job or a birth.
Once the bouquet is found, write the card, in German if you like, and choose the delivery date in St. Gallen. A plush toy for a newborn or a bottle of champagne for a graduate can be added, with a bouquet only.

Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.

Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Student residences, flats and offices in St. Gallen
Our deliveries cover the whole of St. Gallen: student housing, family apartments and workplaces. Copy the full postal address with the postal code; for a business, add the company name so reception can take the bouquet.
In a student residence, the name on the mailbox and a mobile number that can be reached help the courier find the right door.
Delivery times and fees for St. Gallen
In St. Gallen, delivery comes to CHF 14.90. It takes place between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday, for any order confirmed by 4 p.m. the day before; for a Saturday, Friday at 4 p.m. is the last cutoff.
Exam results sometimes arrive without warning: as soon as you know, order for the next day. Parents ordering from abroad should count the cutoff in Swiss time.
A bouquet for a new mother or a relative in hospital
A friend has just given birth, a parent is staying a few days for observation: the bouquet is handed to the hospital's front desk with the person's name and ward; the courier does not go up to the floors. Ask the ward, as cut flowers are not always allowed there. To wish a speedy recovery, browse our get-well flowers.
