What are the delivery times?
In the canton of Geneva, order before 2pm Monday to Saturday for same-day delivery. In the rest of Switzerland, order before 4pm for delivery the next day between 7am and 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Do you deliver same-day everywhere in Switzerland?
Same-day delivery is available in the canton of Geneva only, for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday.
What happens if the recipient is absent?
The courier can call the phone number given in the order. If no one answers, our terms allow the bouquet to be left in a safe place, with a neighbor or at a reception desk.
How can I track my delivery?
You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email.
How much does delivery cost?
In Geneva, depending on the option, from CHF 9.90 to 19.90. Outside Geneva, CHF 14.90 for a bouquet. Funeral arrangements are delivered free of charge throughout Switzerland.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday in Geneva, and Tuesday to Saturday in the rest of Switzerland.
