How are the bouquets prepared?

Our florists arrange your bouquet by hand. Protective packaging holds it in place during transport, while a water supply keeps the stems hydrated until delivery.

What are the delivery times?

Nationwide deliveries run Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 am. Order before 4 pm Swiss time the day before a delivery day; for Saturday, order before 4 pm on Friday. Enter your postal code to see all available dates for your address, including same-day delivery where available.

How much does delivery cost?

From CHF 9.90 depending on the zone, and CHF 14.90 for the rest of Switzerland. Delivery is free on every funeral piece, anywhere in Switzerland.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Yes. The calendar lets you schedule delivery up to fourteen days ahead and shows the available dates for your postcode in real time.

Can I add a message to my bouquet?

Yes, add your message when you order. A KANEL card is included from 55 CHF and costs 2.90 CHF below that amount. A tote bag is included with orders from 90 CHF.

How should I plan delivery if the recipient may be out?

Choose an address where someone can accept the flowers. Include a reachable phone number and any access instructions. If plans change, contact us to check whether the delivery can still be adjusted. A tracking link is sent on delivery day.

How do I care for my bouquet?

Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every two days and keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight and draughts. Remove any leaves sitting in the water: they speed up wilting.

Flower bouquets

Hand-tied bouquets, delivered across Switzerland

Every KANEL bouquet is arranged by hand in our Geneva-area workshop, with the flowers that arrive that week, so seasonal bouquets change from one week to the next. Roses and timeless bouquets are available all year round.

The bouquet travels in a cardboard box, its stems in a water reservoir that keeps them hydrated on the way. You pick the delivery date when you order.

Round out your gift with a card and your own words, a vase, Swiss chocolates, a scented candle, a plush toy or a bottle of Champagne.

Geneva, same day
Order by 2 p.m. for same-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. CHF 9.90 to 19.90 depending on the area.
All of Switzerland, next day

How ordering works

Everything happens online in a few minutes. You pay by card or with TWINT, in Swiss francs.

If the recipient might be out, add delivery instructions or use their work address.

Where to buy our flowers: online, with delivery across Switzerland, or in person from our self-service kiosk at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in Geneva, Chemin de Beau-Soleil 20.
