Yes, if the date is available for their address in the calendar. Booking ahead gives you time to check the delivery days and complete your message.

What if their birthday is on a Sunday?

KANEL does not offer Sunday delivery. Choose the preceding Saturday if it is available, and use the card to wish them a happy birthday.

Can birthday flowers arrive on a Monday?

Monday may be available in the Geneva delivery area. Elsewhere in Switzerland, consider the preceding Saturday; bouquet deliveries run Tuesday to Saturday.

How much does birthday bouquet delivery cost?

Standard delivery outside the Geneva area is CHF 14.90. Local Geneva delivery ranges from CHF 9.90 to CHF 19.90 by zone. You see the order total before paying.

Can I pay from an overseas bank account?

Use one of the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is charged in CHF; your bank may convert the amount and apply its own fees if your account uses another currency.

Will their flowers have to clear customs?

No. You place the order from abroad, but the bouquet is prepared and delivered within Switzerland. There is no international shipment of the bouquet for the recipient to arrange.

How much is a birthday bouquet?

Seasonal bouquets start at CHF 74.90 and rose bouquets at CHF 89.90, before delivery. The Large and WOW prices are on each product page.

Can I add a present to the birthday flowers?

Yes, as long as there is a bouquet in the order: a box of 16 Swiss chocolates costs CHF 29.90, a box of 36 CHF 49.90, a scented candle CHF 29.90 and a bottle of Moët & Chandon CHF 64.90. Everything arrives in the same delivery.

Outside the Geneva area, we deliver bouquets from Tuesday to Saturday. If the birthday falls on a Sunday or Monday, pick the Saturday before in the calendar, so the flowers are already there for the celebration.

For next-day delivery, order before 4 pm Swiss time the day before. In the Geneva area, Monday or same-day delivery may be offered for orders placed before 2 pm, depending on the address. If you live in another time zone, booking a few days ahead is easier than chasing the Swiss cut-off.

A shared memory, an inside joke or a plan to celebrate together can make a short birthday card feel personal. Write in the language you normally use together and remember to sign it. There is no need for a formal greeting just because you are sending from abroad.

For home delivery, include the name on the doorbell and any useful access details. For a workplace, add the company and department and check that they will be there on the chosen day. Add a phone number with your country code so we can reach you abroad if a delivery detail needs checking.
