Yes, delivery within Switzerland is included with the funeral collection. A standard bouquet sent as a sympathy gift follows the delivery conditions of that bouquet instead.

How much notice should I give?

Allow at least two days for preparation and choose a date that is available for the destination. Please contact us before ordering if the service is soon or has specific timing requirements.

Can the flowers go directly to the service?

Provide the venue’s full address, the deceased’s name and a local contact. Confirm that the venue can receive the flowers and check delivery arrangements with us before relying on a specific ceremony time.

Can I add a ribbon with our family’s name?

Choose the ribbon option when it is available on the arrangement’s product page. The price and personalization options are shown there. A short tribute and your names work well.

What if I do not know the funeral address yet?

You can wait for the venue to be confirmed, or send flowers to the family home on a suitable date. Check the address and whether someone will be able to receive them.
