Send a gift to Switzerland from abroad

A birthday, a new home, a thank-you that deserves more than a text: send someone in Switzerland a hand-tied bouquet, your own card and, if you like, chocolates, a candle or champagne, all arranged and delivered in Switzerland.
Choose a bouquet to sendStart with the flowers
Seasonal bouquets in three sizes, priced in Swiss francs and arranged by hand in Switzerland. Choose one to suit the person, then add the gift that goes with it.

Flowers first, then what goes with them
The bouquet is the gift; the rest is added at checkout and delivered with it. Choose from Swiss chocolates, scented candles, a plush toy for a new baby or a bottle of Moët & Chandon. Everything travels together, so your recipient gets one delivery and one card.
Some extras come with the order at no charge above a certain amount: the message card from CHF 55, a KANEL tote bag from CHF 90 and a vase from CHF 150. The totals are shown in CHF before you pay.

No parcel, no customs: the gift is made in Switzerland
Nothing crosses a border. You order online from the US, the UK, Canada or anywhere else; the bouquet is arranged in Switzerland and delivered to a Swiss address Tuesday to Saturday for a standard CHF 14.90. Your recipient has no customs duties or delivery charge to pay.
The cut-off is 4 pm Swiss time on the day before delivery: usually 10 am on the US East Coast, and always 3 pm in the UK. You can book up to 15 days ahead. Same-day delivery exists only for some addresses in the canton of Geneva.
How to send a gift to Switzerland, step by step
The card is the part they keep
Write it the way you would say it: a memory, an inside joke, the reason for the flowers. Sign it, because the delivery does not show who sent it. The card travels with the bouquet and is usually the first thing they read.
Checkout is in Swiss francs; a card in dollars or pounds is converted by your bank, at its rate and with any fee it charges. The full total in CHF is shown before payment.

Why posting a gift parcel is not the same
Swiss customs waive duty and VAT on a gift posted from abroad only up to a value of CHF 100, and never for alcohol or tobacco; the parcel must also be marked as a gift.
When you order here, the bouquet, the chocolates and the champagne are already in Switzerland, so none of these rules apply to your recipient.
