Yes. Swiss chocolates, scented candles, a plush toy or a bottle of Moët & Chandon can be added at checkout and are delivered together with the bouquet.

Is a vase included with the bouquet?

A vase is offered with orders from CHF 150; below that, you can add one at checkout. The bouquet arrives with a water reserve that protects the stems on the way.

Is the message card free?

The card is free from CHF 55 of flowers and accessories; below that it costs CHF 2.90. Your text is printed exactly as you write it.

Will my recipient pay customs duties?

No. The gift is arranged and delivered inside Switzerland; nothing is imported. Only your payment is converted to CHF by your bank.

Which days can the gift arrive?

Tuesday to Saturday, depending on availability for the address. Order before 4 pm Swiss time the day before; dates can be booked up to 15 days ahead.

Can I send a gift to a hotel or an office?

Yes. Add the hotel or company name, the department or the guest’s dates of stay, and check that reception accepts deliveries on the chosen day.

Some extras come with the order at no charge above a certain amount: the message card from CHF 55, a KANEL tote bag from CHF 90 and a vase from CHF 150. The totals are shown in CHF before you pay.

No parcel, no customs: the gift is made in Switzerland

Nothing crosses a border. You order online from the US, the UK, Canada or anywhere else; the bouquet is arranged in Switzerland and delivered to a Swiss address Tuesday to Saturday for a standard CHF 14.90. Your recipient pays no customs duties and signs nothing.

Order before 4 pm Swiss time on the day before an available date: that is usually 10 am on the US East Coast and 3 pm in the UK. You can book up to 15 days ahead. Same-day delivery exists only for some addresses in the canton of Geneva.

The card is the part they keep

Write it the way you would say it: a memory, an inside joke, the reason for the flowers. Sign it, because the delivery does not show who sent it. The card travels with the bouquet and is usually the first thing they read.

You pay in Swiss francs; if your card is in dollars or pounds, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fee. The full total in CHF is shown before payment.
