Bouquet was bigger than I expected, the service was great and the packaging was flawless. I live in Saudi Arabia and my wife is studying in Switzerland, and thanks to Kanel I was able to get flowers to my wife on her birthday. Thank you so much Kanel.

How the bouquet travels to Ticino
For the trip to Bellinzona, the bouquet stands upright in a recycled cardboard box with a water reservoir around the stems.
Inside: your card and a packet of flower food. Lift out the bouquet, trim the stems and put it in a clean vase with the food.
Choosing a bouquet from far away
When you can't be there, pick the colors they like, decide what you want to say and choose the size. Here's how.
Found one you like? Write the card, in Italian if that's their language, check the address and book the date.
Sending flowers to Bellinzona
Far away with the date coming up? Choose the flowers and type your message on our site; we make the bouquet in our workshop and deliver it to Bellinzona on the date you booked.
Timing, fees and tracking for an address in Ticino
Here's how delivery works for an address in Bellinzona; the summary shows it all again before you pay.
How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Delivery to homes and companies across Bellinzona
We deliver to homes and offices across Bellinzona. Give the exact locality and postal code, the street, then the name as it appears on the doorbell.
When the address is a little out of the way or the building hard to find, a reachable phone number and an access note help the courier find the right door.
Ordering for Bellinzona from Italy or abroad
Ordering from Italy? Switzerland and Italy share a time zone, so the 4 p.m. cutoff is the same on both sides of the border. From farther away, count it in Swiss time.
The delivery address has to be in Switzerland, and prices are in Swiss francs, with the full amount shown before you pay.
Hospital flowers for a relative in Bellinzona
A parent after surgery, a friend kept in for a few days' observation: flowers delivered to the hospital go through reception. The bouquet is left at reception with the person's name and ward; the staff then bring it up, as the courier does not go to the floors. Since not every ward allows flowers, check before ordering. If the stay may end soon, ask the family for the likely discharge date, so the flowers don't arrive once they are already home.
Wreaths and hearts for a service in Bellinzona
When you cannot travel to a service in Bellinzona, our funeral arrangements are delivered there free of charge, to the place of farewell or to the family. Every wreath, heart or spray is handmade, so allow two days or more. Note the precise address and the start time of the service. For CHF 35, a ribbon printed with your text comes with the arrangement.
A birthday bouquet for Bellinzona with a card in Italian
Book the delivery to Bellinzona up to fifteen days ahead, and the bouquet arrives on the day. When the party falls on a Sunday or Monday, the Saturday before is your delivery day.
Tanti auguri or happy birthday: we print your words exactly as written. On orders of CHF 55 or more the card costs nothing; below that, CHF 2.90.
Graduations, babies and family parties
For a graduation or a family party you can't attend, send a seasonal bouquet in cheerful colors; for a new baby, soft shades; and roses for a wedding anniversary.
Flower subscription for a mother or grandmother
For a mother or grandmother in Bellinzona, the flower subscription sends a seasonal bouquet on a set schedule: monthly, every two weeks or weekly, for 3, 6 or 12 months, with delivery included. Each bouquet costs CHF 59.90 for a Classic or CHF 89.90 for a Large. Any plan of three months or more includes a vase; six months add an extra bouquet, twelve months two. You can announce it with a gift card or let it arrive as a surprise.
Tied by hand the day it ships
The bouquet for Bellinzona is made by hand in our workshop in Switzerland on the very day it is sent. Our florists follow the shape and colors of the chosen design, using the seasonal flowers received that week.
We have no shop in Bellinzona, so you order on the website. Swiss chocolates, a candle or a vase can be added, but only with a bouquet; once the flowers reach CHF 150, the vase is included.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The text you enter is printed as it is, in Italian or any other language, with your signature. Read it over before confirming, as we do not correct it. You pay nothing for the card from CHF 55 and CHF 2.90 for smaller orders.
