For a chalet or holiday flat, add the name of the house and check that the person will still be there on the day. At a hotel, the bouquet is left at reception in the guest’s name.
Next-day delivery, Tuesday to Saturday
Delivery in Graubünden costs CHF 14.90, the same as anywhere else in Switzerland, and takes place during the day from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed before 4 pm go out the next day; for a Saturday, the last chance is Friday at 4 pm.
There is no same-day, Sunday or Monday delivery. On the day itself, you get a link to follow the bouquet.
Someone close to you in hospital in Graubünden
For a patient, the bouquet is left at the hospital or clinic reception with their name and ward. Staff take it up following their own rules; the courier does not go to the rooms.
Some wards do not allow flowers, so a quick call before ordering is worth it. Order before 4 pm and the bouquet arrives the next day with your card.

If distance keeps you from the service, a funeral arrangement can be there in your place. Wreaths, sprays and hearts are made by hand and delivered free of charge, to the family or to the venue. Allow at least two days to prepare them, and give the exact address and time. A ribbon with your words is available for CHF 35.

Wherever you are, you can book the date up to fifteen days ahead, and the bouquet is delivered on the day you chose. If the birthday falls on a Sunday or Monday, aim for the Saturday before.
The card is free with flowers from CHF 55 and costs CHF 2.90 below that.

A new baby, a thank-you, someone getting better: write the card the way you would speak to them at home, in Romansh, Italian or German. We print the text as it is, accents and all. The bouquet comes in three sizes.

When it arrives, trim the stems and put the flowers in a clean vase, away from the stove or radiator.
