Over 40,000 bouquets delivered across Switzerland!
The most beautiful bunch of flowers and delivered very securely wrapped up, tied securely and in a box big enough so the flowers didn't get ruined in transit.
Tiffany B.
Super satisfied, Kanel was very efficient and brought that lovely present to my friend in Basel - the order was made from Dublin Ireland. Thank you so much.
Fabiola M.
Excellent customer service, beautiful flowers and very very fast delivery. Everything went perfectly, wow.
YB V.
The bouquet of flowers was delivered personally and the flowers were beautifully fresh.
Sheila L.
As usually - excellent service, beautiful flowers. Especially that I make the order from Poland and the delivery place is Onsernone valley. Once again thank you and I will use Kanel in future for sure.
Iwona O.
They were on time and the flowers were delivered, what was not easy. It's worth noting that parcels aren't usually delivered, so there was a certain risk involved. Hence, extra credit for their effective service!
Elżbieta
Excellent service from start to finish. The attention to detail and punctuality were truly Swiss-level, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended.

What arrives at the door
The bouquet arrives in a recycled cardboard box that keeps it upright, with its stems in water.
Your card and a packet of flower food are in the box. Trim the stems at an angle, use a clean vase with fresh water, and recycle the box.
Choosing a bouquet that feels like them
Ordering for someone you do not see every day takes a little more thought. Here are five pointers so the bouquet feels like them.
Chosen your bouquet? Write your message, enter the Swiss address in Kreuzlingen and select the date. A box of Swiss chocolates can travel with it.
Ordering from Germany for Kreuzlingen
The site works the same from Konstanz, Berlin or Zurich: you choose the bouquet, write the card and enter the address in Kreuzlingen. We prepare the flowers in Switzerland and deliver them on the chosen date.
Swiss address, cutoff, price and tracking
What changes, and what doesn't, when you order from outside Switzerland.
How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Homes, offices and care homes in Kreuzlingen
We deliver to homes and offices in Kreuzlingen, and to care homes. Give the name, street and number; for an apartment, add the name on the doorbell.
For a nursing home or clinic, add the person's ward. We'll hand the bouquet to reception.
Ordering for Kreuzlingen from across the border
Ordering from Germany? Kreuzlingen and Konstanz share a time zone, so the 4 p.m. cutoff is 4 p.m. on your side of the border too. If you're farther afield, go by Swiss time.
Once the bouquet is on its way, the tracking link lets you follow it from wherever you are.
Flowers for hospital or a nursing home in Kreuzlingen
For someone in the hospital or living in a nursing home in Kreuzlingen, our hospital flowers are left with the facility's reception, with the person's name and ward. The courier does not go up to the rooms: the staff bring the bouquet, following the house rules. Some wards refuse flowers; a call to the facility before ordering will confirm it. Write the ward exactly as the facility names it, so reception knows where to send the flowers.
Funeral wreaths, sprays and hearts delivered free to Kreuzlingen
When you cannot travel to a funeral in Kreuzlingen, our funeral flowers are delivered free of charge to the family or the venue of the service; wreaths, sprays and hearts are made by hand in two days at least. In the order, note the Swiss address of the service and its time. A personalized ribbon at CHF 35 can carry your name and a few words.
Birthday flowers for Kreuzlingen
For a birthday, book the date up to fifteen days ahead. If it falls on a Sunday or Monday, choose the Saturday before.
Write your message in English, German or any language, and we print it as is. The card costs CHF 2.90, and is free on orders of CHF 55 or more.
Flowers for a retirement or a milestone birthday
A former colleague retiring, a neighbor turning seventy, an aunt you see less often since you moved away: pick the colors they like, then choose Classic, Large or WOW.
Flower subscription for a parent in Kreuzlingen
For a parent you don't see often, the flower subscription sends a seasonal bouquet to their home in Kreuzlingen every month, every two weeks or every week, for 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery included. It's CHF 59.90 per Classic delivery or CHF 89.90 per Large. Plans from three months include a vase; a six-month plan adds a bouquet and a twelve-month plan two. Give it with a gift card or let a surprise first delivery announce it.
Hand-tied in our Swiss workshop on shipping day
Your bouquet for Kreuzlingen is made by hand in our Swiss workshop on the day it goes out. You choose the size and colors; our florists use the seasonal flowers that came in that week.
We have no shop in Kreuzlingen or across the border: the website is the only way to order, from any country.
Frequently asked questions
