Over 40,000 bouquets delivered across Switzerland!
Our granddaughter received her beautiful bouquet bright and early in the morning of her birthday. It was wonderful to be able to include a cuddly toy with the flowers. The quality was exactly as shown. Being long distance grandparents, is difficult. It is very nice to have Kanel to show our love. Thank you.

Really beautiful flowers and delicious chocolate bars. The delivery was a surprise from my colleagues at work. I loved it; therefore, I totally recommend!
Iulia S.
I was very happy with the beautiful bouquet I ordered for an international delivery. I was kept informed about the preparation and delivery of my order and the recipient also received a message to inform her of the delivery. Beautifully presented and prompt delivery. Thank you so much to all the Kanel team.

Message from my daughter Isabelle: Love my flowers! And the chocolate and the candle.

Box and water for the trip
The bouquet stands upright in a box made of recycled cardboard. Its stems sit in water all the way to Dietikon.
Your card comes inside, with a packet of flower food for the vase water. Trim the stems at an angle, place the bouquet in a clean vase and recycle the box.
Choosing a thank-you bouquet
For a thank-you, two things guide the choice: flowers that match the person’s taste and a size that fits the help they gave. A few pointers.
Made up your mind? Write your message, enter the address in Dietikon and book the delivery day. If you like, a box of Swiss chocolates or a scented candle rounds off the gift.
Sending flowers to Dietikon from home or abroad

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Delivery to a house, an apartment or an office in Dietikon
We deliver throughout Dietikon, to private homes and businesses alike. For an apartment, give the name shown on the doorbell and, if the building has several entrances, the right one, so the courier finds the door without searching.
For an office or a workshop, add the company name, the building and the person who should receive the bouquet. It is handed over at reception on a day when reception is open.
Ordering for Dietikon over the weekend
An order placed after 4 p.m. on Friday, or over the weekend, reaches Dietikon on Tuesday at the earliest. If you think of it on Sunday evening, book Tuesday or a later day right away, so it's done.
For a thank-you to a childminder or a neighbor, pick a day you know they'll be home: deliveries arrive between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Hospital flowers for someone in care or recovering
For an operation, a birth or a rehabilitation stay, we deliver flowers for the hospital. The bouquet is left at the facility's reception with their name and ward; the courier doesn't go up to the rooms, and the staff take it from there. Policies vary from one facility to another, so check with the ward before you order, and confirm the person will still be there on the delivery date.
Funeral wreaths, sprays and hearts delivered free in Dietikon
When a family in Dietikon loses someone, our funeral arrangements are delivered free of charge to their home or to the place of the service. Wreaths, sprays and hearts are made by hand, so allow at least two days between ordering and delivery. Give the exact address of the venue and the time of the service. A personalized ribbon, for CHF 35, carries the words you want to leave.
Booking the delivery of a birthday bouquet
Enter the date in the calendar as soon as you know it, up to fifteen days ahead, and the bouquet will go out on the right day without another thought. A birthday on a Sunday or Monday is best marked with flowers delivered the Saturday before.
Your words are printed on the card without any edits, free of charge on orders of CHF 55 or more and CHF 2.90 for a smaller order.
Thank-you, birthday or new-baby flowers
To thank a childminder, a neighbor or a team, a seasonal bouquet can be delivered to a home or an office. For a birthday or a new baby, start with the colors the person likes, then pick Classic, Large or WOW.
Flower subscription for a parent or a friend in Dietikon
Would you like your mother, a friend or someone living alone in Dietikon to receive flowers without waiting for an occasion? The flower subscription delivers a seasonal bouquet every month, every two weeks or every week, for 3, 6 or 12 months, with delivery included. You pay CHF 59.90 per delivery for Classic, or CHF 89.90 for Large. From three months, a vase is included; the six-month plan adds one extra bouquet and the twelve-month plan two. Announce it with a gift card or start with a surprise delivery.
Hand-tied the day it leaves the workshop
Our florists arrange the bouquet in our Swiss workshop on the day it leaves for Dietikon, using the seasonal flowers that came in that week. The design you choose sets the style, the palette and the size; the exact varieties follow what is available.
Dietikon has no Kanel shop, so everything is ordered on the website, including extras like a plush toy or champagne, which ship only alongside a bouquet.
