How your bouquet is packed
On its way to Thun, the bouquet stands upright in a recycled cardboard box. The stems sit in a small water reserve.
Your card and a sachet of flower food are tucked in beside the flowers. When it arrives, trim the stems, fill a clean vase, add the flower food and keep it away from heat. The box can be recycled with cardboard.
Flowers to thank hosts or mark a birthday

Chosen your bouquet? Write the card, choose the delivery day in Thun and, if you like, add Swiss chocolates or a scented candle.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Private, business and hotel addresses in Thun
We deliver throughout the city of Thun, to private homes, businesses or hotels. Give the person’s name and full postal address; for a company, add its name.
For a hotel guest, write their name as it appears on the booking, and ask reception whether they will hold the flowers until the guest returns to their room. The calendar only shows the dates available for the address entered.
When we deliver in Thun
Bouquets arrive in Thun between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday. For a hotel guest, it may come before check-in, so let reception know a bouquet is on its way.
With no deliveries on Sunday or Monday, Saturday is the last possible day for a weekend stay.
Flowers for a patient in Thun
If someone close to you is in the hospital in Thun, we drop the hospital flowers at reception with their name and ward. The courier does not go to patient rooms. Not every ward accepts flowers, and a call before ordering will tell you. A Classic leaves room on the bedside table for everything else.
Funeral flowers in Thun with no delivery fee
A funeral arrangement for Thun is delivered free, to the family or to the address of the service. Each wreath, spray or heart is assembled by hand, so allow at least two days. Note the address and time of the service in the order. A personalized ribbon with your text is available for CHF 35.
Birthday flowers chosen in advance
Set the delivery date up to fifteen days ahead, and the bouquet arrives that day. For a birthday on a Sunday or Monday, the Saturday before is the right date.
Add a card; your words appear on it exactly as typed. It is complimentary on orders of CHF 55 or more; for a lower amount, it costs CHF 2.90.
Thank-you and birthday flowers in Thun
Stayed a few days with friends or family in Thun? Send a bouquet after you leave, with a note about your visit. For a birthday, pick the person’s favorite colors, then a size: Classic, Large or WOW.
Seasonal flowers on subscription at home
For a home in Thun, yours or that of someone dear to you, the flower subscription brings a seasonal bouquet every month, twice a month or every week, over 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery included. The Classic costs CHF 59.90 per bouquet, the Large CHF 89.90. A vase comes with plans of three months or more; the six-month plan adds a bouquet, the annual one two. Give it with a gift card or let the surprise arrive on its own.
Hand-tied in our Swiss workshop
The bouquet is put together by hand in our Swiss workshop on the day it ships, with the seasonal flowers delivered that week and following the design you chose.
There’s no Kanel shop in Thun, so you order on the website. Each seasonal design comes in Classic, Large and WOW, and the florists keep the same style whatever the size.
