Bouquet was bigger than I expected, the service was great and the packaging was flawless. I live in Saudi Arabia and my wife is studying in Switzerland, and thanks to Kanel I was able to get flowers to my wife on her birthday. Thank you so much Kanel.

It's my son's birthday, and I ordered a flower bouquet from outside of Switzerland. I am very happy with the quality and the timely delivery of the flowers. Very sturdy packaging, and the flowers looked happy and bright. My beautiful daughter-in-law was super happy to see them. Thanks.

Arriving fresh in the Saanenland
The bouquet makes the trip standing in a recycled cardboard box. A water reservoir around the stems keeps it fresh until it is unpacked.
The card and a sachet of flower food are in the box. Keep the vase away from radiators and change the water regularly.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Gstaad and the villages around
We deliver to Gstaad with postcode 3780 and to Saanen, Schönried, Saanenmöser, Lauenen and Gsteig. On the Vaud side, Rougemont and Château-d’Oex get the same terms.
Many chalets are only marked by their name. Write it in the order with a phone number that answers. For a hotel, give the guest’s name as well.
Delivery days in Gstaad
A bouquet ordered by 4 p.m. is delivered the next day, Tuesday to Saturday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Around Christmas and New Year, book early as the calendar fills up.
We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday and there is no same-day service outside Geneva.
Someone in hospital
Patients from the Saanenland are often treated at Zweisimmen hospital. We hand the bouquet to reception there with the patient’s name and ward.
Ask whether the ward accepts flowers before ordering. If the person goes home quickly, deliver to the chalet instead.
Funeral flowers delivered free
Wreaths, sprays and hearts are delivered free to Gstaad and the villages of the Saanenland. They are made by hand and need at least two days.
Give the place and time of the service. A ribbon with your words costs CHF 35 and cushions start at CHF 155.
Birthdays and anniversaries
Book the date up to fifteen days ahead. Your message is printed on the card as you wrote it. And for a big anniversary, the WOW size makes the strongest impression.
For your hosts or a dinner party
Invited to a chalet for dinner? Send the bouquet the day before so your hosts can place it as they like. Roses or a seasonal bouquet in Large both suit a generous table.
Add a box of Swiss chocolates or a bottle of champagne to the order if you wish.
A subscription for the season
For a chalet occupied all winter, the subscription delivers a seasonal bouquet every week, every two weeks or every month for 3, 6 or 12 months. Each bouquet costs CHF 59.90 in Classic and CHF 89.90 in Large, delivery included. From three months the vase is offered.
Hand-tied with seasonal flowers
KANEL has no shop in Gstaad. Our florists tie your bouquet on shipping day with the flowers of the week, in the design and size you chose.
Timeless bouquets cost from CHF 64.90, seasonal ones from CHF 74.90 and roses from CHF 89.90.
