Thank you so much, as always, the flowers are perfect. They put a big smile on my sister's face, even from far away. They have a magical way of turning a cloudy day into something bright and beautiful!

Thank you very much! We've already arranged the bouquet in the living room and are delighted! We would just like the preliminary information (for selecting the delivery date and the surveys) to be in German!

Between the two lakes, in one piece
The bouquet travels upright in a box of recycled cardboard. Its stems stand in water from our workshop to the door.
The card and flower food are inside the box. Trim the stems and change the water every two days to keep the flowers longer.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Interlaken and the Jungfrau region
Interlaken, Matten and Unterseen share postcode 3800. Wilderswil, Bönigen, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen are served on the same terms.
For a hotel, write the hotel name, the guest’s name and their arrival date. Reception passes it on.
Ordering from another time zone
Ordering from the United States or Asia? The 4 p.m. cutoff runs on Swiss time. The calendar shows the open dates for your address and lets you book up to fifteen days ahead.
Deliveries run between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday. There is no same-day delivery outside Geneva.
Flowers to Interlaken hospital
We deliver to the reception of Interlaken hospital with the patient’s name and ward. The courier leaves it at reception and does not go up to the wards.
Check first that the ward accepts flowers. If the patient is going back to the hotel soon, that address may be easier.
Funeral flowers delivered free
Wreaths, hearts and sprays are delivered free to Interlaken and the surrounding villages, to the family or to the place of the service. Allow two days for us to make them.
Your words on a ribbon cost CHF 35. Write the time of the ceremony in your order.
Birthdays in the Oberland
Book the birthday in the calendar up to fifteen days ahead. For a party on Sunday or Monday, the Saturday before is the closest delivery day.
A bouquet for a honeymoon or a proposal
Interlaken sees many couples from abroad. Roses waiting in the hotel room make the moment, especially when the hotel is told the arrival date.
Once the bouquet is chosen, add your message and pick the day. Swiss chocolates can be added to the order.
Flowers every week for a hotel lobby
Hotels and guesthouses can have a seasonal bouquet delivered every week, every two weeks or every month for 3, 6 or 12 months. A bouquet costs CHF 59.90 in Classic and CHF 89.90 in Large, delivery included. A vase is free from three months.
Tied by hand on shipping day
There is no KANEL shop in Interlaken. Our florists tie each bouquet on the day it ships with the flowers that arrived that week.
Timeless bouquets start at CHF 64.90, seasonal bouquets at CHF 74.90 and roses at CHF 89.90.
