I received a lovely arrangement of beautiful flowers - thank you for the swift delivery and gorgeous bouquet!
Erika G.
Quick efficient delivery was made when I ordered for delivery in Geneva from my current location in Nairobi Kenya. The quality of the bouquet was amazing...Thanks guys!
Shem O.
Received it in February 2026. Beautiful and so big too. They did a nice job and the flowers really smelled so good! My friend did not instruct them much besides paying and leaving text for the card online (on distance). So my friend was glad it turned out this well. I recommend it for last minute orders.

That was a great experience dealing with Kanel Basel, excellent service, and trusted people. Many thanks from Sydney.

Beautiful flowers, amazing service. I changed the delivery date and had super fast support. Everything was possible, communication very nice. Highly recommend!

Bouquet was bigger than I expected, the service was great and the packaging was flawless. I live in Saudi Arabia and my wife is studying in Switzerland, and thanks to Kanel I was able to get flowers to my wife on her birthday. Thank you so much Kanel.
Abdullah A.
Excellent service, impressive response and options. Loved to be able to add a bottle of champagne to the flowers, thanks.

Why the roses travel upright with their stems in water
Roses do not take well to lying flat or going without water. That is why the bouquet travels upright to Rapperswil-Jona, wedged into a recycled cardboard box with its stems standing in a water reservoir.
When the box is opened, the card and a sachet of flower food are waiting against the flowers. Simply trim the stems at an angle, strip any leaves below the waterline and set the bouquet in a vase of fresh water. The box is recyclable.
Choosing roses or a seasonal bouquet
The choice depends on your bond with the person and the occasion. These five pointers on color, size and season help you decide, whether for a wedding anniversary, a birth or a thank-you.
Made your choice? Write the message, enter the address with the right postal code and set the date. A scented candle or Swiss chocolates can go along with the roses.

Delivery in Rapperswil and Jona to homes and offices
The city brings together Rapperswil and Jona, and we serve both, homes and offices alike. There is another Rapperswil in the canton of Bern, so check the postal code, 8640 for Rapperswil and 8645 for Jona, before you confirm.
Add whatever helps on site to the name and street: the floor, the name on the doorbell, an entrance at the back. At an office, the company name lets us hand the bouquet to reception.

Flowers for a hospital or maternity stay in Rapperswil-Jona
For someone recovering from surgery or a new mom, our hospital flowers are left at the front desk. Give the patient's name and, if you know it, the ward. The courier stays at the front desk. Some wards do not allow flowers, so check with them first. On a bedside table, a Classic fits more easily than a WOW.

Frequently asked questions
Give the recipient's name, the street and the postal code: 8640 for Rapperswil, 8645 for Jona. Since there is another Rapperswil in the canton of Bern, a wrong postal code would send the order to the wrong place, so reread it before paying.
