I didn't know it was possible to send such wonderful gifts to friends! I'm truly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much to your team for the care and great work! You kept the sender's name secret until the very end to preserve the surprise — and it worked perfectly. I'm sincerely grateful to you!

I received the most beautiful bouquet as a surprise. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who delivered was so kind and efficient. The same day delivery option arrived perfectly on time. I would definitely recommend!

How your bouquet travels
The bouquet travels upright in a recycled cardboard box, with its stems in water.
Inside are your card and a sachet of flower food. Trim the stems, fill a clean vase, add the flower food and keep the flowers away from a stove or radiator. Recycle the empty box with paper.

Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.

Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Addresses on the valley floor and in the side valleys
We deliver throughout the canton of Valais, from the Rhône plain to the villages of the side valleys. Sion, Sierre, Martigny, Monthey and Visp each have their own page; elsewhere, enter the full address with postal code to see the possible dates.
For a chalet or vacation rental, add the house name if it has one, check the person is still there on the chosen day, and leave a phone number for a hard-to-find address.
Delivery days in Valais and Saturday orders
In Valais, we deliver between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday, on the valley floor and in the side valleys alike. Order before 4 p.m. the day before the date you pick in the calendar.
For a weekend gift, choose Saturday and order by Friday at 4 p.m. After that, the next delivery day is Tuesday. You get a tracking link on delivery day.
Flowers for a relative in hospital
Someone close to you is in a hospital or clinic in Valais and you cannot drop by? The hospital flowers are left at reception with their name and ward. The courier goes no further than the front desk. Since some wards refuse flowers, check by phone before ordering. A Classic is the easiest size to fit on a hospital bedside table.
Funeral flowers in Valais for the family or the service
For a funeral in Valais, our funeral wreaths and sprays are delivered free, to the family’s home or to the place of the service. Each one is made by hand, so allow at least two days. Tell us exactly where the service is held and when it starts. The personalized ribbon, with your own words, is CHF 35.
Scheduling a birthday bouquet
Pick the delivery date in the calendar, up to fifteen days ahead. For a birthday on a Sunday or Monday, choose the Saturday before, since we don’t deliver on those days.
Your text is printed on the card as written. It costs CHF 2.90, and nothing on orders of CHF 55 or more.
Anniversaries, births and thank-yous in Valais
Parents celebrating fifty years together, a new baby in the family, friends who had you to stay: pick the delivery date in the calendar. Choose colors the person likes, then a size: Classic, Large or WOW.
A flower subscription for loved ones
Are your parents in Valais? The flower subscription brings them a seasonal bouquet every month, twice a month or every week, over 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery included, even in a side valley. Allow CHF 59.90 per bouquet in Classic and CHF 89.90 in Large. Plans of three months or longer include a vase; the six-month plan adds a bouquet, the one-year plan two. A gift card can announce it; otherwise the first delivery is the surprise.
Hand-tied bouquets
Our florists tie the bouquet by hand in our Swiss workshop, with that week’s seasonal flowers, following the style and colors of the design you chose.
There’s no Kanel shop in Valais, so everything is ordered online. From CHF 90, the order comes with a free tote bag, and from CHF 150 with a free vase.
