I was very happy with the beautiful bouquet I ordered for an international delivery. I was kept informed about the preparation and delivery of my order and the recipient also received a message to inform her of the delivery. Beautifully presented and prompt delivery. Thank you so much to all the Kanel team.

Upright in its box all the way up the valley
Your bouquet travels to Zermatt standing in a box of recycled cardboard. The stems sit in a water reservoir for the whole journey, so the flowers arrive ready for the vase.
The card and a sachet of flower food come with the bouquet. Trim the stems, use a clean vase and keep it away from the wood stove.
Which bouquet should you send?
Colors, size and message: three choices to prepare your gift.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Zermatt and the Matter Valley
Addresses further down the valley get the same terms as Zermatt.
- Zermatt, 3920
- Täsch, 3929
- Randa, 3928
- St. Niklaus, 3924
For a rented chalet, give the name on the door or the agency that manages it. For a hotel, add the hotel name and the guest’s name so reception can pass the bouquet on.
When the stay starts on a Saturday
Many holiday flats change guests on Saturday. To have flowers there on arrival, choose that day and order by Friday at 4 p.m. Deliveries run between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. without a narrower time slot.
There is no same-day delivery to Zermatt and no delivery on Sunday or Monday. After Friday at 4 p.m. the next possible day is Tuesday.
Flowers for someone in hospital
Zermatt has no hospital of its own. After a skiing accident, patients from the valley are usually treated at Visp hospital. We hand the bouquet to reception there with the patient’s name and ward.
Some wards do not accept flowers, so check first. If the person will soon be back at the hotel or chalet, have the bouquet delivered there instead.
Funeral flowers delivered free to Zermatt
Wreaths, sprays and cushions are delivered free to Zermatt, to the family or to the place of the service. Each piece is made by hand and needs at least two days.
Tell us the time of the ceremony so we can plan the date around it. A ribbon carrying your words costs CHF 35.
A birthday during the ski week
Planning a party during the ski week? The calendar lets you book the day up to fifteen days ahead. For a milestone birthday the Large or WOW sizes make more of an impression, provided there is a big vase in the chalet.
Which bouquet for which moment
For guests settling into a chalet, a seasonal bouquet makes the living room feel lived in straight away. For a birthday or a proposal, roses remain the safe choice.
Once you have picked the design, book the date in the calendar. Swiss chocolates or a bottle of champagne can travel with it.
A flower subscription for a chalet or a front desk
The subscription brings a seasonal bouquet every week, every two weeks or every month, for 3, 6 or 12 months, with delivery included. Each bouquet costs CHF 59.90 in Classic and CHF 89.90 in Large. From three months the vase is free, six months adds one bouquet and twelve months adds two.
Tied by hand in our workshop
We have no shop in Zermatt. You choose and pay online, then our florists tie the bouquet with the flowers that came in that week, in the design, size and colors you picked.
Timeless bouquets start at CHF 64.90, seasonal bouquets at CHF 74.90 and roses at CHF 89.90 in the smallest size.
