I received the most beautiful bouquet as a surprise. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who delivered was so kind and efficient. The same day delivery option arrived perfectly on time. I would definitely recommend!

The bouquet was absolutely stunning! The creator has very good taste, just like mine. The delivery was flawless and I very much appreciate the wow effect it created. I'll be 100% ordering again.

What comes in the box
The bouquet travels to Sierre upright in a recycled cardboard box. Its stems stand in water for the whole trip.
Your card sits against the flowers, with a packet of flower food for the vase. The recipient opens the box, trims the stems by a few centimeters and puts the bouquet in water.
What to decide before you order
Three choices shape the bouquet: the colors, the size and what to write on the card.
All that is left is to write the card and choose the delivery day in Sierre. Swiss chocolates, a candle or a vase can go in the box too if you want to give a little more.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
A complete address for a delivery in Sierre
We deliver throughout the town, whether the person lives in an apartment downtown, a house down the slope or a chalet at the end of a lane. Give their name, street, number and postal code, then add anything that helps the driver: the color of the gate, a neighbor’s name, where to park.
For an office or a shop, name the business and the person the bouquet should go to.
Getting the bouquet to someone who works all day
The courier comes by between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. If the person works all day, their office is often a surer address than home.
For a house at the end of a lane, add a note on where the bouquet can be left if nobody answers.
Flowers for someone in hospital or recovering
An unexpected hospital stay, a recovery after surgery, a longer stay in a care facility: a bouquet lets the person know you are following how they are. We leave it at reception with their name and ward, as the driver does not go up to the rooms. Check first whether the ward accepts flowers, as some do not. For these moments, browse our get-well bouquets.
Funeral flowers to support a family in Sierre
When you can’t attend a service, a funeral arrangement can be there in your place. Our wreaths, sprays and hearts are delivered free in Sierre, to the family or to the service venue, and take at least two days of handwork. Note the exact address and the family name; a personalized ribbon, available for CHF 35, can carry a few words from you.
Booking birthday flowers for Sierre
Know the birthday date? Reserve it in the calendar up to fifteen days ahead. If the birthday falls on a Sunday or Monday, choose the Saturday before. Your words go on the card as you type them, signature included.
Flowers for a thank-you, a baby or an anniversary
Friends who put you up for a weekend, a birth announced by text, an anniversary you always remember: send flowers to Sierre with a few words of your own. Pick Classic, Large or WOW to match the occasion.
A flower subscription delivered all year in Sierre
For a parent who stayed in Sierre or a friend who loves fresh flowers, the flower subscription is a quiet way of thinking of them regularly: a seasonal bouquet every month, twice a month or weekly, over 3, 6 or 12 months, delivery included. A Classic bouquet is CHF 59.90 per delivery, a Large one CHF 89.90. The vase is included from 3 months; a 6-month plan adds an extra bouquet and a 12-month plan two. Give it with a gift card or let the first delivery be the surprise.
Arranged by hand with the week’s flowers
Our florists arrange the bouquet on the very day it is sent, with the seasonal flowers that came in that week. You pick a design that sets the look and colors; if a variety is missing, a similar flower takes its place without changing the spirit of the bouquet.
Sierre has no Kanel shop, so the order is placed on the website. Orders of CHF 150 or more come with a free vase.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. You place the order online from any country and pay online; only the delivery address needs to be in Switzerland. Keep in mind that our cutoffs run on Swiss time, not the time where you are.
