Such a beautiful bouquet! Great service. I was not home, so the delivery driver called me to ask if it was OK to leave it with my neighbour. Appreciated the attention.

I received a beautiful bouquet at home. Although I arrived late after a long day at work, the flowers were well-protected and still looked fresh when I unboxed them.

The gorgeous bouquet came at the planned time window. The delivery partner ensured it getting to the client even though there were a few challenges. She was very ecstatic and appreciative. I am grateful.

The box that carries your bouquet to Olten
Your bouquet travels to Olten upright in a recycled cardboard box. Its stems sit in a water reserve the whole way.
Your card and a packet of flower food are packed with it. Unpack, trim the stems and put the bouquet in water with the flower food. Recycle the box with paper.

How KANEL works
Working with the seasons
Our florists work with flowers available throughout the seasons. Arrangements change with new arrivals.
Swiss craftsmanship
KANEL is a Swiss company. Our bouquets are arranged by hand, and our gift selection also features Swiss makers.
Order online
Choose the bouquet, add your card and book the delivery day in the calendar.
Recyclable packaging
Our packaging protects the flowers in transit. The cardboard box can be recycled after delivery.
Private homes and businesses in Olten
We deliver all over Olten, to private homes and to businesses alike. Give the full name, the street and the 4600 postal code; in an apartment building, add the floor and the name on the buzzer, since the courier only knows what you write down.
For an office, include the company, the department and ideally a direct number. If the front desk is not staffed every day, pick a date when someone can take the bouquet in.
Ordering on the go, and if nobody's home
Ordering between meetings or on a train? Pick the date first: once you've paid, the delivery is booked, and the 4 p.m. cutoff no longer matters.
If nobody opens the door, the courier can call the number you give. Under our terms, it may otherwise be left with a neighbor or in a safe place.
Flowers of support during a hospital stay
Surgery, a few nights under observation, rehab that drags on: when you cannot make the trip, a bouquet shows the person they are not alone. We hand it to the facility’s front desk with their name and ward; the courier does not go onto the floors. Before ordering, ask the ward whether flowers are allowed. Browse our get-well flowers for bouquets suited to a patient's room.
Funeral flowers for a last farewell in Olten
For a bereavement in Olten, our funeral arrangements are delivered at no charge to the family home or to the service. Whether it's a wreath, a spray or a heart: each one is made by hand and needs at least two days of preparation. Note the exact address, the time of the service and the name of the person who died. If you wish, a personalized ribbon carries your words, for CHF 35.
Reserving the birthday date ahead
Birthday in Olten next week? Book the delivery now, up to fifteen days ahead. For a birthday on a Sunday or Monday, when we don't deliver, pick the Saturday before.
We print your message on the card exactly as written, so check names and dates before you pay.
Flowers for a new job, a birth or a thank-you in Olten
A colleague starting a new role, friends with their first child, a neighbor who helped you out: when you can’t visit, send a bouquet. Pick a size, Classic, Large or WOW, and write the card in your own words.
A flower subscription at the pace you choose
For an office reception or for parents who love fresh flowers, the flower subscription delivers a seasonal bouquet once a month, twice a month or every week. It runs for 3, 6 or 12 months, with delivery included in the price. You pay per delivery, CHF 59.90 in the Classic size or CHF 89.90 in the Large one. Plans of 3 months or longer come with a vase; you get one extra bouquet over 6 months and two over 12. Give it with a gift card, or keep the first delivery a surprise.
Prepared by hand on the day it leaves
Every bouquet is arranged by hand in our workshop on the day it ships, using the seasonal flowers delivered that week. The design you choose sets the size, style and palette; the flowers themselves vary with what comes in.
Olten has no Kanel shop: the whole order, extras such as champagne or a plush toy included, is placed on the website. Those extras only go out with a bouquet.
