Funeral wreath prices in Switzerland: choosing a size

The catalogue offers classic and prestige wreaths in different diameters. Compare the photographs and dimensions together: the collection name alone does not tell you how an arrangement will look in the venue.

These are Kanel prices for the wreath itself, with funeral delivery included. They are not an estimate of the total cost of a funeral. Check the selected variant and any accessories in the basket before paying.

A wreath’s diameter describes its overall width. If you find centimetres difficult to picture, measure a similar width on a table at home. That gives you a useful reference before discussing placement with the funeral director.

The personalised ribbon costs CHF 35. It can carry a short tribute or identify the people sending the flowers. Keep the wording readable and check names carefully. A simple “With love from all of us” can be more natural than a formal phrase you would never otherwise use.

For a shared order, nominate one person to approve the final text. A classic 60 cm wreath at CHF 495 with a ribbon totals CHF 530, or CHF 53 each for ten contributors. This example includes funeral delivery but no additional accessories.

You can also send a wreath without a ribbon. The Kanel card is included; a separate condolence card costs CHF 24.90 if you prefer that option. The ribbon and card need not repeat the same words: one can name the group, while the other carries a personal memory.

A colour that means something

White is one option, not an obligation. A soft pink, a warmer palette or a colour associated with the person may be equally thoughtful. Compare the available models and ask about a particular wish rather than assuming every flower can be supplied in every season.

Leave time to coordinate

Funeral orders require at least two days. The calendar opens up to 60 days ahead; only the dates offered at checkout can be selected. For a Thursday service, Tuesday is the minimum planning reference, not a promise of any requested Thursday time slot.

Give the venue useful information

Include the deceased person’s name, venue address, service date and time, and a reachable contact. Check any instructions from the funeral director. If several groups are sending flowers, one brief coordination call can help avoid confusion about placement and reception.
