A birth cannot be planned to the day, and the hospital stay often lasts only a few days. Two options:

Ordering from the UK or the US? You order online and give an address in Switzerland. The bouquet is arranged and delivered in Switzerland, with no customs fees.

To the maternity unit: give the mother’s name, the hospital and the ward, and the room number if you know it. We hand the bouquet to reception.
To their home: if you know when the family will be back, choose a date after their return. You can book up to 15 days ahead.
