Nutrients

Water reservoir

Your bouquet makes the trip to Riehen upright in a recycled cardboard box. Water surrounds the stems for the whole trip.

Your card sits against the bouquet, with a sachet of flower food. There is nothing to unwrap: lift the bouquet out, cut the stems at an angle and put it in a clean vase. The empty box goes in the paper recycling.

Choosing a bouquet for someone you rarely see

What you already know about the person, their home, their colors, their favorite flowers, helps you choose. The five tips below start from there.

Bright or calm colors? Pale walls suit a colorful bouquet; a busy room suits calm tones. Pick the design whose photo matches the room.

Roses or meadow style? For someone who loves roses, choose roses. If they prefer a loose, meadow look, pick a seasonal bouquet with mixed flowers.

Match the size to the occasion: Classic is enough to say you are thinking of them. Large and WOW, more generous, mark a milestone birthday or a family celebration.

Why flowers vary: Our florists tie each bouquet with the flowers that came in that week. The style and colors of the design stay; the exact varieties can change.

Ask for advice: Not quite sure what they like anymore? Write to our team with the occasion and your budget, and they will suggest designs that are available.

Found the bouquet? Write a few personal words, choose the delivery day in Riehen, and add a scented candle if you want the gesture to last.

Book a date early: You can book a delivery date up to fifteen days ahead, for a family birthday, say.

Delivery at CHF 14.90: Delivery to Riehen costs CHF 14.90, whatever bouquet you choose. It is added to the price of the flowers, and you see it before you pay.
