Delivery times, fees and delivery days for KANEL bouquets, funeral arrangements and subscriptions.

Delivery throughout Switzerland

Available dates depend on the postal code and the products in your order. Enter the recipient’s address in the calendar before choosing a date.

Bouquet delivery times

Local Geneva delivery zone: order before 2 pm for same-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. Elsewhere in Switzerland: delivery Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am, for orders placed before 4 pm the previous day. For Saturday delivery, order before 4 pm on Friday. After this deadline, the next nationwide delivery is Tuesday at the earliest, subject to calendar availability.

Delivery fees

Bouquets: CHF 9.90–19.90 in the local delivery zone and CHF 14.90 elsewhere in Switzerland. The exact fee is shown before payment. Delivery is free for funeral arrangements throughout Switzerland and included in the price of subscriptions.

Choosing a date

You can schedule a bouquet up to fourteen days ahead. The calendar shows the dates available for your address; time options depend on the delivery service. Subscription deliveries take place on Thursdays.

Funeral flower delivery

Allow at least two days before the ceremony throughout Switzerland, including the canton of Geneva. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, as shown in the calendar. You can book up to sixty days ahead and provide the venue, date and service details.
