The kanel.ch website (hereinafter, the "Site") is bound by a duty of confidentiality towards third parties - other than those necessary for the execution of orders - in order to respect the confidentiality of information relating to the execution of an order or any other element allowing the identification of the ordering customer or the recipient.

GGKL Chappet n’agit que sur la volonté et au nom du client donneur d’ordre en qualité de prestataire traitant les commandes passées par le client. En conséquence, le client donneur d’ordre dégage GGKL Chappet de toute responsabilité en cas de violation des obligations issues du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD) relatives à la collecte et à la communication à GGKL Chappet des coordonnées du destinataire pour l’envoi de messages à ce dernier.

2. PURPOSES - USE OF DATA IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY
