What subscription packages do you offer?
Whether it's a subscription for you or a gift, our surprise subscription is open to all, without commitment or for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months. Once or twice a month, we compose an exclusive bouquet for you, available in two sizes. You choose the size and delivery frequency during the subscription process.
I would like to become a subscriber, what do I do?
Go to our Subscription page, select the subscription you wish to take out and follow the registration instructions. In just a few clicks you can create your own customised subscription to bring flowers to your home in any season.
Is the subscription with or without commitment?
By becoming a subscriber, you commit yourself to receiving beautiful, surprising seasonal bouquets for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months.
What budget can I use to subscribe?
You can join the club of our subscribers from 55.90 CHF per month. You are free to define your formula according to your budget and your desires! The elements that make it vary are: the size of the bouquets chosen (2 sizes available), the frequency of delivery (from 1 to 2 times a month), the duration of the subscription (3, 6 or 12 months) as well as the number of subscriptions taken out.
What are the differences between the two sizes of bouquets offered?
Nos créations exclusives sont composées des mêmes fleurs, seuls leurs volumes sont différents. Ainsi, à titre indicatif, le diamètre d'un bouquet «Le Généreux» à 55,90 CHF (livraison offerte) est de 35 à 40 cm et «le Somptueux» à 85,90 CHF (livraison offerte) est de 40 à 45 cm.
How many flowers are in the bouquets?
Le nombre de tiges présentes dans nos bouquets dépend à la fois de la taille du bouquet choisie lors de votre souscription et des variétés que nous utilisons. Il n'y a donc pas de nombre défini mais, selon si vous choisissez de recevoir des bouquets « Le Généreux » ou « Le Somptueux », le diamètre de votre bouquet peut varier entre 35 et 50 cm.
Can I choose my bouquet and the flowers in it?
When you subscribe to our Flower Subscription you can choose between two bouquet sizes ("The Generous" or "The Sumptuous"). The choice of flowers is then made by our florists who select the most beautiful varieties for you!
Do all subscribers receive the same flowers?
Yes, our florists create a new creation every fortnight, which is sent to all our subscribers. Only the volume, and therefore the number of stems, differs according to the size of the bouquets chosen at the time of your subscription ("The Generous" or "The Sumptuous"). The selected varieties are identical, and the flowers are always freshly picked by our trusted growers..
Where is delivery possible?
The subscription is available throughout Switzerland. Deliveries can be made at home or at a workplace.
When is the first delivery?
The date of your first delivery depends on the subscription you choose and the delivery frequency you select. Subscription delivery days are either Wednesday or Friday, depending on your preference.
How often are deliveries made?
By becoming a subscriber, you can receive 1 or 2 packages per month. You can choose the frequency that suits you.
Can I choose the date and day of delivery? Can they be changed?
Votre jour de livraison est fixe et défini lors de votre inscription à notre abonnement. Il ne peut être choisi par vos soins, ni changé au cours de votre abonnement. Pas d'inquiétude, nous avons pensé à tout en cas d'absence ! N'hésitez pas à consulter notre réponse à la question suivante « Je ne serai pas disponible lors de la prochaine livraison, comment faire ? ».
I will not be available for the next delivery, what can I do?
Pas d’inquiétude ! Vous avez jusqu’à cinq jours avant la date de livraison prévue pour intervenir sur votre prochaine livraison (ex : pour une livraison le mercredi, vous avez jusqu'au vendredi 23h59 pour modifier votre commande). Vous pouvez changer l’adresse du destinataire pour offrir votre surprise à quelqu’un d’autre ou bien simplement mettre en pause votre abonnement et ainsi décaler votre prochaine livraison.

When am I debited?
If you subscribe to a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you will be debited the total amount of your shipments in one go, at the time of your order
