Delivery zones

We deliver throughout Switzerland, with adapted deadlines and rates for each region. - Geneva and surroundings: Same-day delivery possible - French-speaking Switzerland: J+1 delivery - German-speaking Switzerland: J+2 delivery

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered the same day in the Geneva zone. For other regions, allow 1 to 2 additional business days.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees vary by zone: - Geneva: Free from 80 CHF - French-speaking Switzerland: 15 CHF - German-speaking Switzerland: 25 CHF Exact fees are calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

Time slots

You can choose a time slot for your delivery: - Morning: 8am - 12pm - Afternoon: 12pm - 6pm More precise time slots may be available depending on the zone.

Special deliveries

For funeral orders, a minimum lead time of 48h is required. Funeral deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Fridays only.
